Supported APC, Eaton, Vertiv/Liebert, XPC, Tripp Lite, Delta, CyberPower and RFC 1628 devices sit in the same fleet view. One set of alarm labels, histories, reports and battery plans, whatever badge is on the UPS.
RFC 1628 is the common baseline, and a vendor profile adds the detail a particular card actually exposes. Alongside the brands above there are profiles for Socomec, Riello, ABB, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, GE, Huawei, Voltronic, HP, Raritan and Server Technology. Profiles also cover PDU, transfer switch and environmental sensor families; per-outlet and per-source detail is in development.
Every profile carries a written evidence record: the exact models, cards, firmware and MIBs it was checked against, what was confirmed, and what is still unproven. Eight of them have been checked against real hardware, including live mains-pull transfers, across APC, Eaton, Vertiv, Tripp Lite, Delta and XPC. The rest are built from manufacturer MIBs with their gaps stated. We will tell you which group your equipment is in before you buy, not after.
Controlled shutdown depends on what a specific network card and firmware will accept. Some accept the command, some accept it and do nothing, and some do not offer it at all. We have all three in our own records. Tell us your cards and you get a straight answer for them.
Eaton IPM is a broad power-management platform with Monitor, Manage and Optimize licence levels. MayaUPS keeps to the UPS work you do every week: fleet status, alarms, battery and maintenance planning, reports, local records and shutdown you have tested.
