Every brand on one screen
Your APC, Eaton, Vertiv/Liebert, XPC, Tripp Lite, Delta and CyberPower units in one view, with anything RFC 1628 alongside them. One tool, not one per brand on the rack.
LOCAL FIRST - MULTI-VENDOR - BILINGUAL
Every UPS on one screen, on your own network. MayaUPS reads SNMP v1/v2c/v3, RFC 1628, USB and serial data, turns device alarms into plain messages and keeps track of battery age. Monitoring and controlled shutdown run entirely on site, so a WAN outage, a central service failure or an expired account cannot stop them. When you run several sites, an optional Cloud portal shows them together, hosted in Quebec.

CORE FUNCTIONS
Your APC, Eaton, Vertiv/Liebert, XPC, Tripp Lite, Delta and CyberPower units in one view, with anything RFC 1628 alongside them. One tool, not one per brand on the rack.
Installation dates, expected service life, temperature and service history add up to a short list: the batteries to replace before they fail on you.
Test your shutdown plan while it cannot touch anything. Arm it only after you have watched it do the right thing.
Related events arrive as one message. You hear when things return to normal, and problems that stay active get escalated instead of repeated.
A site can opt in to send a short status summary to the MayaUPS Cloud portal, hosted in Quebec. It carries no measurements and no history, and nothing can come back down it. Leave it off and nothing leaves the building.
Install it on Windows or Linux as a single program. The web interface and database are built in, so there is no separate virtual appliance to stand up or maintain, and your team picks English or French.
UPS FIELD SERVICES
MayaUPS tells you the condition, the alarms, the battery age and the maintenance timing. Inspecting, installing, commissioning and repairing the equipment is still work for a qualified technician.
A technician on site confirms what the readings mean at the machine itself and does the physical work safely.
A new or modified UPS should be proven as a complete system before you depend on it.
UPS service, installation, commissioning and configuration across Canada
When you call, have the UPS model, the site, the active alarms and the work you need in hand. It shortens everything.
UPS BATTERIES
A UPS asks its batteries for a lot of power in a short burst. Picking a replacement is about the discharge rating and construction specified for your exact model, not voltage and amp-hours alone.
High-rate batteries are built for short, hard discharges; their data sheets quote watts per cell over periods like 10 or 15 minutes. A flame-retardant case must be confirmed on the exact model or option. The chemistry alone does not tell you.
General-purpose batteries cover a broad range of standby duty, security panels and emergency lighting included. Some come in flame-retardant cases. But a matching case size, voltage or amp-hour rating does not by itself prove the UPS power or runtime requirement.
Find the correct UPS replacement battery
Before you order, match the UPS or approved cartridge, the voltage, the short-duration discharge rating, the dimensions, the terminals, the expected service life and the specified case material.
CHOOSING A TOOL
Compare MayaUPS with APC PowerChute, Eaton IPM and Vertiv Power Assist for coverage, daily work, shutdown and price.
Tell us what you run and we send you the signed installer, with notes for your equipment.
Tell us how many UPS units you run and where they are. You get a written proposal for your fleet, not a rate card that fits nobody.
It runs on your own network, and monitoring and shutdown never depend on anything outside it. There is also an optional Cloud portal, in limited beta, that puts several sites on one screen: read-only, hosted in Quebec, and off until you switch it on. Your sites behave the same whether you use it or not.
Windows and Linux, including Docker on Linux. The optional agent that shuts your servers down in order runs on Windows and Linux too.
