Tell us how many UPS units you run and where they are. You get a written proposal for your fleet, not a rate card that fits nobody. There is no public price list at this time. What follows is how the offer is organised, so you know which conversation you are having before you start it.
Pro
For a full fleet, quoted per deployment. Everything in Essentials with no device limit, across as many sites as you operate. Shutdown agents are not counted, so you can protect as many servers as you want without watching a licence meter.
Cloud, as an option
The multi-site portal is an add-on to Pro rather than a separate product, and it is in limited beta. Your sites keep working exactly the same if you never enable it. It changes what you can see, never what can be done to your equipment.
Included with a GDF maintenance contract
If your equipment is already under a maintenance contract with us, the software comes with it. The monitoring and the people who service the hardware end up on the same file, which is usually the point.
How the quote works
Describe your fleet: how many devices, how many sites, how they connect (network card, USB or serial), and whether controlled shutdown is in scope. The proposal puts the licensing terms in writing. The more you tell us, the faster it comes back.
Field services are separate
Maintenance, installation, commissioning, configuration and battery replacement are physical work on your equipment. When you buy them, they are quoted separately from the software.

Does MayaUPS run in the cloud?
It runs on your own network, and monitoring and shutdown never depend on anything outside it. There is also an optional Cloud portal, in limited beta, that puts several sites on one screen: read-only, hosted in Quebec, and off until you switch it on. Your sites behave the same whether you use it or not.
Which operating systems are supported?
Windows and Linux, including Docker on Linux. The optional agent that shuts your servers down in order runs on Windows and Linux too.
