The licence terms are issued with the software. This page describes what is licensed and how; the full end-user licence agreement is published here as it is finalised.
MayaUPS is Windows and Linux UPS monitoring software that runs locally, with the web interface and database included, SNMP v1/v2c/v3, RFC 1628, battery planning, alerts, user roles, backups and controlled shutdown. The Cloud portal is an optional add-on and is licensed with the software rather than separately.
Licensing is quoted per deployment, with a free tier for small sites. The end-user licence agreement governs permitted use, renewal and the other legal terms, and is provided with your proposal.
